SysTools Outlook Attachment Extractor tool is used to extract all the attachments from multiple PST files in one go. The program can easily extract any type of attachment from the Outlook data file. The user has an option to add a folder containing multiple PST files and can extract all the attachments from it all at once. It provides three main options to maintain folder hierarchy i.e it maintains folder hierarchy as it is in PST file, maintain subject wise folder hierarchy and no folder hierarchy maintained. There is no limitation of file size, as the tool supports both types of file formats i.e. ANSI and UNICODE. SysTools Outlook Attachment Extractor also generates a complete status report which includes all the details such as the name of the file, number of the file, file status, and the file path. One can easily create a new folder at the desired location to save the output files. After the extraction process, this utility provides an offline CSV report for each Outlook PST file with all the information of the attachments. The program is operated in a single panel and the user is can select a single as well as multiple personal folder files for the extraction of data.
